Infrared (IR) Remote from Windows laptop

On my Windows 10 laptop, I use:

• IRCommand2 Universal Remote Control Software for the PC
• USB-UIRT to both Receive and Transmit infrared signals.

to operate my TV, BluRay Player, Speaker Bar, and Roku. You can customize the remote buttons for each remote. Just use a mouse to point and click on the buttons.
